Enquiry and enrolment details (name, ID/passport number, contact details, address, employment details, disability and equity information where required by SETA/QCTO reporting), supporting documents you upload, chat transcripts, and essential website cookies.

To process enrolments, register learners with the relevant ETQA/SETA/QCTO, issue certificates, respond to enquiries and quotes, and — with your consent — send newsletters. Equity and disability data are used only for statutory reporting.

We share learner information only with accrediting bodies (QCTO, LGSETA, PSETA, HWSETA and others), your sponsoring employer where applicable, and service providers bound by confidentiality. We never sell personal information.

Information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Documents are kept in private storage visible only to authorised staff, and retained as long as required by ETQA record-keeping rules.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing info.training@tradefastconsultants.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
